About The Quiz
Curiosity – The Key To Learning
The Quiz is all about Global Current Events. Geography, politics, science, music, film, sports, the environment and more. The Quiz broadens horizons, sparks curiosity and improves our understanding of the world around us.
Students will love the challenge, educators appreciate the ready-to-use format. The highlighted questions and topics will serve as a perfect basis for discussions and further research.
Where do the key events unfold? Who sings a specific song and who just released a new album? Who directed and who are the main characters in new films? Did you read what the experts now say is healthy and what is not? What about the latest invention and cutting edge technology?
The Quiz
The Quiz is available in four versions:
The Quiz Basic, The Quiz Extended, The Kids Quiz, and The Kids Quiz+.
Each version includes 11 issues per term, 22 issues per year.
The versions differ as far as content, vocabulary and linguistic structure. The difficulty is furthermore determined by the alternative answers given for each question, but keep age and general awareness in mind as far as which quiz to use. We are happy to send you samples of any version.
El Quiz
El Quiz is our quiz in Spanish.
Two versions – Básica and Ampliada. A few of the questions will mirror the English versions, but others will reflect the world from a Spanish-speaking perspective.
¡The Quiz ahora también está en español! Disponible en dos versiones: Básica y Ampliada. El mundo hispanohablante es el protagonista del El Quiz, en el que encontrará una enorme variedad de temas tales como actualidad, geografía, cultura, salud, tecnología o deporte. Además en cada quiz encontrará un glosario de palabras traducidas al inglés.
El Quiz está dirigido a estudiantes de español de los cursos 6-12 de la escuela secundaria. La versión Básica es considerablemente más fácil que la Ampliada tanto en el lenguaje como en el contenido. Escríbanos a elquiz@thequiz.se y con mucho gusto le resolveremos cualquier duda que tenga.
